Jewellery Sales / Repairs Crown Jewellers believes integrity, discretion and professional staff promotes Jewellery Sales and Repairs. Trust, honesty and reliability are qualities that Customers demand when entrusting their possessions to others. Crown Jewellers offer all these qualities and only use qualified, professional, Goldsmiths and Setters when outsourcing Jewellery repairs.
All Crown Jewellers repairs leaving our premises are fully insured and we have successfully secured the Services of a local Goldsmith & Setter for all Jewellery repairs. Please ask a member of staff for anticipated repair times that will depend upon the nature and complexity of work involved.
Jewellery Valuations
Crown Jewellers offer an 'On-Site' Jewellery Valuation Service which is important for a number of reasons. Whether for Insurance or Probate purposes, there seems to be growing confidence in tangible products such as gold & diamonds. Unlike many areas of the economy, investors appear to be turning away from stocks & shares, property portfolios and dwindling private resources in favour of high-quality Jewellery pieces (especially following record increases in Gold prices). Crown Jewellers believe that many people will be pleasantly surprised with the value of their Jewellery, particularly diamonds and period items. However, it is important to maintain up-to-date valuations (normally every 2-3 years) for Jewellery. Crown Jewellers Valuations normally take 4-5 days to complete.
Bespoke Jewellery Commissions
Crown Jewellers are also pleased to offer a Bespoke Jewellery Commision Service to allow customers the freedom to design their own Jewellery. All Bespoke Jewellery work is undertaken away from our premises and involves high levels of communication between Customers, Crown Jewellers and relevant Goldsmiths and/or Setters. Unfortunately, we are unable to forecast Bespoke Jewellery prices as costs vary depending upon complexity of work undertaken.
